"Wonderful 3-night stay in Bari. This was our first visit to any city in Puglia, and we loved it. The city is so walkable, clean, and lively. We had wonderful food, and we encountered nice people."

"My wife and I had a really enjoyable 3 night stay in Bari, moving onto Monopoli and Lecce before returning for another 2 nights. Its a great wee city easily walkable and had a real buzz, especially on a Saturday night. Great restaurants where food and wine were good quality at reasonable prices. We did get lost in the old town but you can always find your way out! People were friendly and helpful and we were quite happy to walk round the city centre at all hours. It is a good transport hub with excellent and well priced rail connections. "
