"We very much enjoyed our short visit to Bari. The city offers much to visitors, although perhaps now the Città Vecchia has more visitors than inhabitants, which is a shame. There are many cafés/restaurants, which cater for tourists rather than for the people who live there and these have maybe taken over from the original shops which served the local people. Despite this, we loved our stay."

Cuore, calore, buon cibo e un bellissimo lungomare. Piacevole parlare con i local: dai pescatori, ai ristoratori alla gente comune. Per le persone intolleranti al glutine una città paradisiaca...e non è da tutti. Grazie Bari!

" We love the ambiance of the cities in Puglia and the friendly people. And the fantastic food. Unfortunately the busses are too loud and not on time! The trains are modern and clean and almost every time on time but the toilets in the trains could be more clean and l find there are not enough toilets in the trains. Sometimes there were no soap and toilet paper. The hotels are too expensive for the quality they offer. But despite all this we will visit Bari again. Best regards from Vienna Austria"
