"Bari è una città meravigliosa, dove c'è storia, cultura, il mare, e, per chi come me ne fa un motivo fondamentale per visitare un luogo, una tradizione culinaria da fare invidia, che da sola potrebbe essere già un ottimo motivo per andarci. Come tutte le città del sud, di mare, se capiti li una giornata di sole il gioco è fatto e da non tralasciare l'innata propensione al commercio e ai rapporti con i clienti di chi ha a che fare con il pubblico, e così finisci come me per entrare in un posto per mangiare 'pataterisoecozze' ed esci che hai mangiato anche focaccia, panzerotti e dolce. Benvenuti al sud. "

"Nice atmosphere, but not so much to do. Terrible transport to Grotte di Castelle. Feel safe on Old city and Little less outside Old city."

"People need to be educated to clear up their dog's excrement from the pavements and not to park their cars irresponsibly, including on the cycle paths. One cafe I visited charged me 3 euros for an expresso, which does not leave a tourist with a good impression. Apart from that, the people are friendly and welcoming, and the city centre is lovely."
