"A mess accorfding to 3 different transport companies - main train station takes only main directions, the other operate from differnet place, in different office and tickets. We were sold tickets to train to Matera (at the station, by the emplyee there) which was not going on Sundays - and the lady said its a bus ticket and that we should go on the opossite side of the street. But there was only another company, a bus company. We had to buy another tickets for different hours. The people in those private companies are not realy helpfull, playing with the phones even if there is a line waiting to buy tickets or ask about something. We lost half a day, bought invalid tickets, paid twice..."
