"Sicuramente serve più pulizia, soprattutto una migliore efficienza nella gestione dei rifiuti, consiglio anche di valorizzare i musei la pinacoteca in primis e di riaprire i beni architettonici restaurati come l'ex mercato del pesce."

"It is a city full of life, many shops, restaurants, … the local buses worked fine. The government of the city should pay more attention to the cleaning of the streets, dog’s pooh, for example. Also the signals of the attractions to make easier the walking. The bus station, on the back of the train one, is a mess. The stops of the different companies and lines are not properly indicated. It is a city with potential, but it should be managed better, at least regarding tourists."

"Bari is a beautiful city, especially the historical center. We very much enjoyed seeing the sights in that area (the Cathedral, the Church of St. Nicholas, the orecchiete "grannies," etc. We tried to take the train that supposedly circles the city but were denied access on Sunday. We don't know if it was because the spaces were reserved for a group or if they were not running past 12:30. Either way, it would have been nice to see an overview of the entire city. The people were extremely friendly and joyfully responded to questions -- especially about directions. Thank you for a wonderful visit!

"Bari Vecchia is a real gem and my first experience of Puglia (I had just landed at Bari aiport the night before). The train from the airport is a great service and people everywhere were very welcoming."

"Bari is a nice city with its special atmosphere. It's a good choice to spend there a couple of days exploring the old streets and sightseeing. However, more attention should be paid to the city cleaning service, as it's not so clean as it deserves. "
