"Bari and the surrounding area has so much to offer. The city was surprisingly clean. Prices are convenient, great food and wine, friendly people. Foccaccia and fresh seafood not to be missed! We loved the centro storico, the lungomare and also the shopping area. We spent 9 nights here and enjoyed every minute of it."

"The streets are very dirty in Bari but the other places no. Not every supermarkets are clean. But everyone is very friendly and had a beautiful time."

"The old town was very nice and had a great feel to it, so I wanted to visit again. However, there were some places where I was concerned about safety, as the roads were bad and the smell was strong. I think it would be great if this area could be improved.

"We enjoyed our stay in Bari and got to have some special experiences, such as attending a concert at the Teatro Petruzzelli, touring the Svevo Castle, strolling the streets of the Old City, and seeing the Cathedral of S. Nicola. We also took two day trips to Alberobello and Monopoli, which were also beautiful and interesting."
