"People need to be educated to clear up their dog's excrement from the pavements and not to park their cars irresponsibly, including on the cycle paths. One cafe I visited charged me 3 euros for an expresso, which does not leave a tourist with a good impression. Apart from that, the people are friendly and welcoming, and the city centre is lovely."
