"I am writing to formally complain about a Sunday bus service to Matera. The 10:05am on 28th of September departure was delayed by a long line, and the driver claimed a second bus would arrive in about 10 minutes, but no bus arrived. When I requested a refund, I was told the tickets were not with the same company and was directed to a nearby location that was closed for the Sunday holiday. Staff were rude and condescending, and we could not travel, losing five tickets and incurring significant stress and inconvenience. I request if you can help us a full refund for all five tickets as we left for US the next day "
