"Beautifull town with atmosphere:)
Only thing i missed were grocerry shops, as we stayed in centre we marched long distance to provide some lively food souvenirs.
I recommend to visit Barri and restaurants were lovelly🥂"

"The city is interesting and has a lot to offer. The old town of Bari Vecchia has a unique charm, full of picturesque streets and squares. There are many places worth seeing not far from Bari (Alberobello, Matera). Food prices are very reasonable, and the dishes are truly delicious. The coffee is delicious and cheap, which is unique in European cities. Unfortunately, there are also downsides. One is the trash littering the streets of the new part of the city and the route from the airport to Bari. I'm surprised that Italians don't care about their surroundings. I saw a bus driver throw a cigarette pack out the window, sic! The second downside is the transportation problem. The airport bus runs too infrequently, only once an hour. Travelers with luggage get on, crowding the entire bus, causing local residents to huddle with others and becoming angry. Perhaps Bari should increase the frequency of its buses, considering they are more affordable than the train. However, regardless of the downsides, I recommend Bari because it is beautiful and worth visiting!"

"A lovely place to have a vacation. Unfortunately there was lots of trash on many of the beaches/seasides that we visited. The drivers on the roads are not safe and sometimes aggressive, running red lights (we rented a car, which was our transportation during our vacation). The City and towns were beautiful and restaurant/shop/gelateria owners very friendly and hospitable. I would recommend Bari and the region and would like to return again in the future."

"We had excellent and extremely clean accommodations- we loved our little apartment. Bari was so unique and enchanting. We loved the old city and the beautiful beach side, as well. The weather wasn’t great, but that’s life. We were safe, comfortable and met some lovely people. 😊"

"Bari è una città bellissima. In generale, però, c'è poco da fare a Bari, e all'inizio di ottobre non c'è proprio nulla da fare dal punto di vista culturale: niente concerti, niente di niente. Nemmeno di musica moderna o tradizionale (tarantella?). Bari dovrebbe migliorare sotto questo aspetto. Cosa dovrebbero fare i turisti a Bari per diversi giorni? Solo mangiare bene? Così consilieresto ai miei amici solo di andare a Bari per un giorno e forse una notte.
L'ufficio turistico è stato una delusione. L'ufficio turistico non era informato sul festival Di Voce in Voce a Bitonto. Soprattutto se è l'unico evento culturale della regione in questo fine settimana! Probabilmente l'informazione fornita dalla persona era anche errata: ha detto che non c'era musica, solo eventi parlati. Sembra che non è vero. Alla domanda su dove fosse possibile fare una degustazione di vini, la persona era perplessa. Alla fine è riuscita a chiedere alle sue colleghe e mi ha indicato due cantine.
Trasporti: non l'abbiamo usato a Bari. Non e bene si è impossible di lasciare questo domanda! Ma siamo arrivati e parti con il treno, questo e ottimo."
