"Bella ed accogliente città, si gode di un clima rilassante piacevole e sicuro anche girando in tarda sera per la città vecchia. Ottimo cibo grandi vini, buona scelta culturale. Ci tornerei molto volentieri. Pochi parcheggi. "

"Bari was not the “Italy” I was used to visiting. If you’re looking for “Rome or Florence” you won’t find it here. Bari reminded me of a cross between Napoli and Palermo. Beautiful and gritty at the same time. Lots of history. Lots of old beautiful architecture. Wonderful helpful people. A great base to visit other cities. I would highly recommend giving Bari a visit. "

"It's a nice place with beautiful surroundings. I enjoyed so much Matera and Monopoli. I used at all public transport. My suggestion is to improve the Bari Centrale station panel because we didn't find until the last 30 seconds the train to Alberobelo from platform 10 which was in the main station but that platform was not on the departure screen."

"Bari is a hidden gem amongst the big guys like Milan and Rome! It has a real variety of experiences like the quirky and charming old town, if you like shop I noticed some big desiger names in the new town, you have the beach, the old harbour. What was most surprising was how modest the prices were for eating and drinking out. I saw fresh margherita pizza starting from as little as five euro. Our whole trip, accommodation and spending money was very affordable over a long weekend. We are already planning our next trip and told friends all about it. It has a big train station only 20 minutes from the airport. I hear Bari is up and coming and I can see why! "
